Post: Weight GAINING Help...

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I gotta gain about 10-15 pounds in the next 5-6 weeks. Any suggestions? I don't mean pure fat, like what should I eat before/after workout etc.

I workout 3 hours a day every other day, I usually have a bottle of water with some whey protein mixed into it during the workout, then 1 bottle after the workout along with some dry fruits such as bananas and a big meal.

Any other suggestions?

You will keep all the same muscle, but that water weight that was making your muscles look bigger will be toned down a bit.


Creatine isnt an essential, creatine alone wont make you big. Its your motivation and drive to work out every day that will make you bigger.
