Post: Weight GAINING Help...

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I gotta gain about 10-15 pounds in the next 5-6 weeks. Any suggestions? I don't mean pure fat, like what should I eat before/after workout etc.

I workout 3 hours a day every other day, I usually have a bottle of water with some whey protein mixed into it during the workout, then 1 bottle after the workout along with some dry fruits such as bananas and a big meal.

Any other suggestions?

I just need to put on some weight, I don't want suggestions like "Eat 5 whoppers daily" thats what I meant by pure fat. Just something to increase the speed of my weight gaining through working out, not roids...

I mean what your doing now is pretty good. You can try Creatine...its a pretty good, and it's legal. Dont consider it as a roid. Itll pretty much give you more enerdy to workout, but you gotta workout like A lot or your muscle will turn to fat lol. Not saying go psycho in the gym but boost your workouts to maybe 5 days a week and maybe not 3 hours long but a lil shorter. Just dont wear yourself out. Keep eating stuff high in protein, and low in fat (duh). Thats my advice so Good Luck and i hope you get your weight gain!

if u use creatine and weight protein workout at least 4 times week you should gain at least 10 pounds in a month , maybe through in some pills to boost your endurance

Creatine will definitely help you gain weight-heres why

Creatine takes in water and keeps it, and helps your body work out more/harder during your workout. Your body is a high amount of water weight to begin with-which is why I can sweat 1-4 pounds off before a wrestling meet. Note that your body will take that weight back when you drink water again. When on creatine, you also feel less sore after a workout. And depending on the type of lifting you do, you will bulk a lot faster than normal-but know when you go off of it, you will slim back down again.

I have researched creatine(my jacked friend takes it, and going to go on it once wrestling is over) and there are two types. Pill and powder, now powder absorbs better, but the pill is much more....easier to take. As long as you drink 8 cups of water a day, creatine has no bad side effects whatsoever. Note, dont tell anyone your on creatine-they will give you shit for 'cheating'

the dude eats 5 dinners a day! That ****er is on steroids, but eating more will convert it into energy to workout, or if you have a high metabolism you will breath it off. Fat is energy stored in the body for later use. So, fat people have extra energy they lug around everywhere.

There are two types of working out:

High reps, low intensity-builds muscular endurance(you wont see muscle mass-it will be very tight and compact)

Low reps, high intensity-builds muscular power(you will see much more mass in your muscles)

And ALWAYS reach to the point you feel sore, your muslces are breaking down to get bigger. I also recommend working Arms/Chest day 1, Legs day 2, Abs/Core day 3, repeat. Give yourself a day off when you are too sore to move.
