watch the first 2 minutes at least

I watched all of it, but what you don't see is they are talking about cannabis, this is an excause used often, see the problem with it is cannabis doesn't cause it, but there is no straight way too use just active ingredients, it is kind of like prescription drugs, yes they main ingredient doesn't cause the harm but the ingredients used with it do. Why do you think so many drugs get taken off the market daily? Also for those who actually need the drug can as I stated before use the pill version, but whats the problem with this you say? First people will defiently abuse the pills if the were sold legally, also the pill version doesn't give you the sense of high given with THC. If people want it solely for the benefits there is no problem given them the pill version. There is a very low percentage that want it for the sole benefits.

I just researched and did a copy and paste.

Cannabis itself is non-toxic and cannot be overdosed on - it is physically impossible to smoke enough in a short enough period of time. There is no known medical fatality purely resulting from cannabis use. Tobacco has long been known to have high tar content and numerous carcinogenic (cancer causing) chemical chemicals. Smoking tobacco regularly increases the risk of lung cancer by a fair amount. The medical research and evidence against tobacco is clear and unquestionable - tobacco is toxic and smoking heavily is unhealthy. If by toxic, one refers to the amount of damage each drug does, then there is much argument to the claim that tobacco is more damaging than cannabis.

Whilst there have been many claims that cannabis is the equivalent of smoking any such number of cigarettes have been misinformed, there is not firm evidence, rather unrealistic assumptions of the experiments. Smoking anything is bad for you. Regarding cannabis there is much evidence on either side. There is very little evidence supporting a link between cannabis smoking and bad health - there is practically no difference in the levels of lung cancer between non smokers and cannabis smokers.

nope no cancer; my neighbor has smoked every day at least twice a day for 20-30 years for his pain. no cancer. another example is Tommy chong.

but as for the pill part, they should at least make cannabis schedule 2. meaning people need a prescription for it.

Well, Tobacco should be taken off the market obviously, also see your neighbor has medical "weed" which means they don't put harmful fillers that regular "dealers" do. Also there is no problem for a medical reason too use "weed" this should easily be allowed. The problem with legalizing it would be the "dealers" can still use the harmful fillers unlike medical "weed". If we could actually legalize just "weed" made in medical labs we wouldn't have a problem.
Hopefully you see the actually reason "weed" isn't legal now.
I hope this has cleared your vision more. Smile

i agree. and they should make cannabis legal to ONLY buy, like at gas stations and stuff. and make growing it illegal. it would decrease crime rates A LOT. no more possession, paraphernalia or under the influence of a controlled substance charges. growing crimes would also decrease because if weed was sold in stores, they wouldnt have seeds in them. so seeds would be hard to find.

probably 40% of prisoners have cannabis charges, and the number is increasing. so the government has to spend even more money to build prisons. so making it legal will actually help in other ways too.

Yes, of course there would still be drug trafficing but it they made it controllable it would be fine. Glad we could make educated statements and come too a peacefull agree, I can't tell you how many times I argure with uneducated people on here.
