Funny shit in UK you can get found at least a thousand pounds for illegal downloads, about 9999 pounds more than it should be. Anyway, its about 1 in 10,000 chance of getting caught, carry on downloading illegally.

What annoys me is that while illegally downloading is wrong(I admit), they assume that each downloader would have gone out and bought the song/whatever legally when in all actuality they probably would have had no intention of doing such a thing.

E.g. I've downloaded about 1000 songs, about 5 of which I would have considered buying legally.

America's worse for it , one of my mates just got a warning from their isp for it which beats a fine imo.

They're absoutly no point even trying to sue pirate bay. All of their servers all located in offshore places which means that the copyright laws work differently. Unless they find a small amount of evidence the whole lawsuit will just be a waste of money.

Also, what the ****, aren't these celebraties and music artists getting enough money already? Greedy ****ers.

Yeah, they were located in a nuclear bunker till like a week ago called "cyber Bunker" but it's been up and down the past few days and they keep relocating.

It's not really the celebrities complaining , it's more the RIAA and the record labels.
