Your in a car travelling the speed of light, and you turn on the headlights. What happens?

I think the light off the lights would be pushed along by the car

*IF* you could get to the speed of light and turn the headlights on then you travel at exactly the same speed as the beam, it does not appear to go in front of the car, but instead just will seem to sit in the headlight unit.

I was cruising at the speed of light the other day, my headlights worked fine.

If you could travel at the speed of light, the lights wouldn't shine. The light would be traveling at the same time of the car, thus not shining.

Wouldn't the headlights just not cast a beam?

How dose that work? as said in the first post "travelling the speed of light" and then you say traveling faster than them?

Anyway, I say if you was going that fast the light's would come on, but would be no use to you as by the time the light hit anyhitng for it to illuminate and bounce back, you would have passed at the same moment, thus leaving the light's rendered useless.

If your going the speed of light your lights would be going the same speed as you so you would see nothing
