Anyway, I say if you was going that fast the light's would come on, but would be no use to you as by the time the light hit anyhitng for it to illuminate and bounce back, you would have passed at the same moment, thus leaving the light's rendered useless.
It takes a fraction of a second for the lights to turn on, so you would have to travel faster than them for a fraction of a second, and then they would be behind you.
