Saying "the river is inhabited..." suggests that there are crocodiles in the water currently, when in actual fact there are none in there because they are all at the conference. How's that for an answer?
Inhabit = Inhabit to mean to live or reside in. The crocodiles inhabit (to live in) the river, yet they
went to the conference, to mean to
travel, yet they still
live, to
inhabit, the river.
How's that for a response?
