The description at the time of sale for ALL FAT PS3 owners is now invalid, in all countries. I will see if there is a US Law that applies, or if someone else can, post it.

This aint there choice lol its a flaw in there licence basically so as many people can sue as they want.

Other OS was never part of advertisement for the PS3.

Check carefully the pics of PS3 features. It never included " Other OS"

Yes i know this but it still comes under the licence as it was in the release of the system so it should not be taken out.
