The best rapper, Eminem, he as good as Tupac, and Tupac as good as him, why?

A rapper is defined as "the best"
- when they are beast in freestyles
- when they can sing for over 3 minutes straight without stopping
- when they have lyrics
- when their words make sense
- when they can make album in less than 10 months (means it is not difficult for them to write a song)
- when they have good songs (and not just bs songs with but with good lyrics)
- have your own style

Etc... For me, if a rapper is considered a "rapper" they must know how to "freestyle" or they are not even rappers, and that not every 10 seconds while singing they have to stop, breath, and then continue.
