You don't even get it do you? There is no innocent until proven guilty. If you're caught with "suspicious" files, you're are immediately marked as a criminal, the same as murderers and rapists. They can spy on what you're doing, and they are trying to censor the internet.

I can say you have "suspicious" copyright files, and you get marked with a strike. I don't even need proof, just suspicion. 3 strikes and you're literally banned from the internet.

And if that isn't bad enough, the governement can take your electronic device (ipod, laptop etc..) from you, without reason, and search it for "suspicious" content. If that's found they destroy the device, and you're thrown in prison.

they accually cannot take your electronics away without reason and they are not allowed into your house with a search warrant. Thats why they ask you may i check you car if you get pulled out and you can say no if you want as they are not allowed to enter without permission
