This can not pass for obvious reasons, but the main one being the 4TH AMENDMENT! and lets be honest how many politicians have been caught with incriminating FILES, EMAILS TO LOVERS OR CHEATERS you think there stupid enough to set themselves up like that for scrutiny GOD I HOPE NOT. But then again they might use the WAR ON TERROR as an excuse to tie in the reason to spy on all of us. as long as you are not in a terrorist organization, hacker, or a child pornographer then you are good. What do you care if the government is spying on your internet use if you have nothing to hide?

people need to settle down because this will help prevent a lot of problems rather than creating them.
