Can anyone tell me the difference between arcade and regular. Also I know it doesn't have a hard drive but can i buy the hard drive separately and use it with my Arcade xbox that I might buy.

You really don't want the arcade version. It'll cost you a lot more in the long run. Remember it won't have built in wireless as well, so there is a ton of money on top before you have even started. Not the mention the hard drive you'll need for any sort of DLC.

Xbox can play games with display settings up to 1080i(Maximum) correct me if I'm wrong.

If you do have a couple more dollars, you can get the new Xbox Slim 4 gig (You can buy a flash drive if you need more space) for $199. I got it and it is awesome.

If you want you could spend the extra 50$ and get the slim arcade.It comes with 4gb of memory.If you ever decide to upgrade the hdd they sell the 250gb hdd seperate for 129.99.Its the same without the 250gb hdd.Hope this helps make up your mind.I have the 250gb slim and Im very satisfied.Heres the link
