Make your computer do work-outs, did that to mine and it is working better than ever. Smile

EDIT: Jumping Jacks and Squats 50 times a day should do it. Smile

do i virus scan using malawarebytes
Do not delete system32 idk if it will aloow you to but if it does dont do it

either you have a virus or to much shit on your computer try cleaning it out and running a virus scan

download ccleaner and auslogics disk defragmenter, and run those two like once or twice a week. uninstall and delete unecessary programs and files. that's what i do, works for me Smile

Anyone with half a brain knows that you can't delete Sys32 while running windows unless you turn off @Echo in the command prompt.

And try defragging the hard-drive.

Then delete everything in the folder. =D
