Do a barrel roll!
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So got fired from my job the other day giving a new girl friendly banter .

It was the end of the day and this girl having only been there 3 weeks turned around and called me lazy, I told her to shut up because between me and the guy next to me we train them and run our department and do the job she does aswell.

She then said "Your a dribbler"

My reaction to that was "Your moms a dribbler thats why I like her"
and went to high five her and the bitch spat in my face.

after that I went nuts and told her not to speak to me again and not to bother with asking me anything even about work.

I spoke to the police and they arressted her for assault she got fired for that aswell, But i got fired for my your mom's a dribbler comment.

On top of that she's now claiming that it caused her great distress because she doesnt see her mother much as she lives in nigeria with her family.

I now face criminal charges and a fine .....**** THIS COUNTRY >:(

and before people say you retailiated it you deserved it note this in the 3 weeks she was there she made a few statments such as

If it not for my belief in god I would not talk to white people because I am black"

Regulary called people bladclots and whatever in and office enviroment and eben took the piss outta a gay guy :(

If you got witnesses for some of the comments she made im sure people will write a statement for you which you could use in your defence for both the police and a tribunal

At least I can fight
In all fairness, you really shouldnt say family insults to people you dont know too well, for all you know her mum could have been dead or something, which i imagine wouldnt be very nice when someone speaks about them like that. but i see where your coming from, id be pissed too...

You can't be charged with anything, due to your right of free speech.
Plus theres the provocation element, that you could sue her right back for calling you a dribbler, and provoking you.

are you in America? if so, we seriously have the most outrageous and ridiculous rules ever, its fukcing stupid. This to me seemed like not a big deal at all, except for the part where she spat in your face, and they call that assault? LMAO **** the police, and your responsible for causing that stupid bitch distress? once again, **** the police. I say you stand up to the law and fight your charges.

Daddy's home.
I bet the reason that the police are getting involved is for one reason only. They can't be bothered to do any serious work. Meaning that they would rather take action on assault of spitting, than catching murderers, drug dealers, rapists and so on. Then when the report comes out, it will look like a good statistic for them as they took action. Meaning then they can say shit like "Crime is down 10% since last year blah blah blah" When in fact it's not, they just take action on things that don't need a great deal of concern.

That seems like a really good theory to me.
