Post: Mankind's Biggest Flaws

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Whilst sitting on the bog earlier I had a think about how I would improve the human race and subsequently what was most wrong with us as a species in general. To give you an idea of what I mean this could range from mental conditions to breaking bones all the way to our vulnerability of an alien takeover(don't laugh, it'll happen someday Winky Winky ).

Here's a list I've made:

- Our stupidity and general arrogance.
- Our fear of the unknown.
- Our hunger for power.
- Our hunger for knowledge.
- Our inability to accept everyone; our inability to live together in harmony and provide 100% equality.
- Our genetic instability during our creation(not worded correctly but you get the idea).
- Our cynicism.
- Our inability to comprehend so many things.
- Our hate.
- Our sexuality.

I could go on forever but I'm tired and I want to watch last nights' Eastenders :tits:

So, what do you guys think?

I'm sure though with advances in technology that could be easily fixed.

No it can't. It can either be horribly inefficient and work at only short distances, or it can be used by only one person/device at long distance. There is no way around the laws of physics; you can't just create energy out of thin air.

You say that but we're learning new things about science etc each and everyday, before long we will have the potential to create something like you described but much more efficiently.

Remember just (insert number here) years ago we thought the world was flat.
Then the TV.
Then the airplane.
Then the moon.

We're always advancing, it's only a matter of time until we can do these seemingly impossible things.

Crumpets and tea?
I don't get why Mankind didn't somewhere along the line develop wings?
I mean how much easier would our lives be if we could just take off.
Seriously we wouldn't need vehicles so the environment would be better off and we all would be a lot wealthier.

our fear of the unknown: we want to know what's going to happen
our hunger for power: we all want to be better than the person sitting next to us
our hunger for knowled: again we want to know what's happening

many of this things are true I think we should just relax and live in peace.

Perhaps it falls under "Hunger for Power" but the Hunger for Imperial Expansion?

I agree with all of them.

Big bang theory theorists believe matter was created out of nothing. Can't the same happen with energy?

It would be HORRIBLY inefficient, considering power would be dissipated in all directions, and it would only work over very small distances. The only way to get it to work over long distances would be to focus the microwaves into a laser, which then has the problem of extreme locality and side effects like heat.

Like I said I have absolutely no idea about how it's achieved but read up on Tesla because he cracked it!

The mask was a bit OTT, but otherwise he rocked :carling:
