Ok this would have been beast if it was passed because I would have totally vacationed here and smoked up all day legally But my question is that I never fully understood. In Cali. Medical Marijuana is legal, but this is only for medical reasons, but it seems from everybody in Cali can just go and buy it. This is what I do not get. Can you please clear this up for me someone.
