A debate is a civilized 'argument' where both sides present valid points and facts about their opinion on the matter. Unfortunately, some people are so stupid that they need these points and facts drilled into them regardless of how nice it sounds.

What are you getting at? That because it is written in a book, it is true? No, that is dumb. I could convince a mentally retarded (forgive my lack of a better word) to write a book on how he/she thinks the world is going to be like in 100 years. They wrote it in a book, so it must be true right? Matthew, Mark, Luke, John and every other writer whose passages made it into the Bible were all just very bored so they decided to **** with peoples minds and write bullshit down.

I don't care what the Bible says, if God made us and loves us so much, he SHOULD vanquish all evil and eliminate all the problems in the world. But instead, he decides to let people suffer because he likes to toy with human lives, correct? Incorrect actually, because he isn't real.

Also, just for discussion. What if I told you that there is a flying spaghetti monster who created the world and everything in it? And then I wrote a book about all his creations and goodness. You would no doubt think of me as a complete idiot, so what makes God and his little book any more true? Absolutely nothing.

Forgive me if I sound like an ass right now, but by you saying "I guess you never read Revelation" makes you look quite dumb because that is an awful argument (if it can even be called that) and has no valid points backing it up.

my point there proves that you never even read the Bible. To throw out something like "why is there evil" is a good point and I answered that by saying because then all of us would be dead because we all have done evil... you just ignore that... why? If four gospel writers were just bored then they must have somehow been very smart for including prophecies in their books. Plus in Revelation talks about what will be happening hopefully soon in the building of the tower and the one world government. Now I know the economy is really is bad but hmmm signs are pointing to an antichrist coming soon.

What are said 'Prophecies', A one world Government? seriously? I'm sorry but we're all too.... 'Evil' for that. It wont work in a million years, it's just like communism. Also do you not think that a one world government holds too much power for its own good?

HAHAH! An Antichrist coming soon? How are you going to BS your rationalisations for this one?

Oh and do you believe in the "God has planned our life out" Story?

Oh and a metaphor I've used before.

Bible = Spider man is in books

Bible = a book spider man is in books

Bible- Based in a city which was dug up and somehow proves it

Spider man- Set in New York (A real City)

Bible- Has many writers
Spider man- Many writers/artists/editors

Bible- Many books
Spider man- Many books

Got any more 'proof?'

Have you ever read the whole of the spider man collection? According to your logic that then cuts you out of making any sort of judgement whatsoever about it.

Wow you really are blind to the truth I must have to write it on your forehead backwards then have you read it on a mirror to really have you understand this. There will be a one world government science has this device that will prevent theft and everything and its going to be the mark of the beast that people who take it will survive and people who dont will not survive. And the more this economy becomes bad where will we get our money from idk maybe we all will unite from one man (the antichrist) thats going to declare peace for people. oh btw the Bible talks about Israel and Rome i guess you dont believe those place exist. Kids these days...

This is simply jaw dropping. Did you ignore my post? Just because it mentions a real city does not make it a creditable source.

Bible -> mentioned of real cities
Spider man -> Based in New York (A real city) and mentions others!

When your Antichrist arrives (probably a rationalisation from a completely irrational source)

The bible is a good one to talk about peace. You do realise that religion alone has caused over 308 million deaths. "Yeah but the bible didn't" Just look at the crusades... and that is only one instance. Why does terrorism occur? what's the excuse? Religion is a key factor. The holocaust, 6 million (+) Jews killed, why? Religion

Since you brought up this issue, the burden lies on you to prove that evil actually exists in the world. So let me ask you: by what criteria do you judge some things to be evil and other things not to be evil? By what process do you distinguish evil from good?
