I know their bad for me .But im only gonna take HALF a PILL.

My brother took them it worked for them .

Will they work ?
Please dont tell me ... like " Oh your fat , get a life "
or something .
because im not fat! #

Dude in my experience all things like that are pointless.

A good diet and plenty of excercise is the best way.

Those fat burner things need you to work out any way so why waste your money just push yourself that little harder and spend the money on fresh fruit and vegetables.

Hello , thanks for the reply .
Yeah im gonna go to the gym 6times a week , do like 20-30 minutes on the treadmill , 30 on the cross trainer , then what ever else .

if you r gonna be training ur muscles, then i would recomend u use protein milkshake, even if ur not, just use protein milk shake its good, really helps u through i go 3times a week, and always use protein milkshake

Will they work? Not really...
Will they kill you? Nope

You're better off doing it naturally then you are with all of that junk. These things are made for lazy people who think they can just take a pill and lose 50 pounds. Fixing your diet/exercising is the better way to go, the idea that people need pills to lose weight is a shitty one.

Don't go 6 times a week. You will burn out quickly and will not get the most from sessions. You should go 3-4 maximum per week unless you need to change your body shape dramatically within a short period of time.

Yeah im gonna take these when im training muscle. But will they work and give me energy anyway ?

Umm , I've read all reviews that these work , but ive ordered sample pack anway to see how it goes .

it doesnt really give u energy but it makes ur muscle grow 5times more quicker, it really makes my muscles pop out within 10mins of my training, and u wont feel a thing, like no pain when ur training it makes ur muscles tissues hard so u could lift alot more than u usally would, i have 1 milkshake while im training like when ur thirsty just get that down u, and i have 1 after i eat my dinner, it really helps alot

Can’t trickshot me!
All you need is protein a good diet and work hard my friend if you want to lose weight is too lift some weights it burns more calories and you will build muscle
