Yeah im 13
I know their bad for me .But im only gonna take HALF a PILL.

My brother took them it worked for them .

Will they work ?
Please dont tell me ... like " Oh your fat , get a life "
or something .
because im not fat! #

Yea since you're starting off i suggest doing cardio 5 times a week and weights 3 times so your first day of weights would be Back and Biceps Second day would be Cheast and Triceps and your third day would be Abs and Legs. Your too young but you can use the pills if you want if you need help go to bodybuilding.com and they can help you with everything

Your 13 right? well there's no need for any supplements yet. You will just rely on them too much.

Get yourself a solid workout routine, below is an example

Monday: Chest + Triceps
Tuesday: Cardio
Wednesday: Back + Biceps
Thursday: Cardio
Friday: Legs + Shoulders
Sat+ Sun: Rest

Resting between workouts is the an important part of training, but most of all stay motivated fatty. :hitman:

I recommend atro-phex if you're really wanting to cut fat, but if you want an all natural approach I recommend cardio-vascular exercise, a healthy diet and some simple working out w/ weight training.

Protein is recommended. It's also best to cut out excess sugars (Tons of fruit), fats, carbs and sodium.

Dude does this actually work ? The week by week think?
Is it better than forza 1, but remember fOr f5 I'd be taking half a pill as their that strOng

Yeah they're good, but you have to work out really hard to receive the full benefits. No "toning workouts" with like 12+ reps you really have to push yourself. Just make sure you don't do cardio with these, because you will be at risk for a heart attack. Also drink lots of water, probably like 1-2 gallons for every 24 hrs. Take some protein too so you don't lose your muscle.

Ahh why couldn't I do Carido lol? I could with forza right ?, remember I'd take half a pill because off how strong they are. Also for protein shakes do I take one before morning meal and one before workout ?
But could I handle all this?

You shouldn't be doing any of this at 13.
Its well known that you shouldn't do anything along these lines until your at least 16.
Why?
eBecause at 13 your underdeveloped and still growing. If you were to start doing this now you would be at risk to all sorts of problems like stunted growth.
