I strongly believ there is another presence somewhere in the universe. I mean, the thought of an endless amount of space.....
Space never ends so NOBODY can ever really say whether there is or not. But it seems unlikely that our (human) race would be the 'chosen' ones and the most intelligent organism in existance.
