Because in the U.S , if someone punches/threatens you and you strike them back it is considered assault/battery. Personally i believe that if your life is in danger or someone hit you , strike them back. But i have different view points. I know this is broad , but expand your view points on fist fighting and self defense.

I don't go to the gym to kick ass lol. I go because it's good for you.

Also about the gun thing, in my state, felons can't get guns. Even if it's like speeding or something.

I'm not old enough to be clubbing yet, so I have no experience with hitting on women. But, really what I had in mind when I said seduce, was a genuine attempt to steal your spouse (or girlfriend for that matter). I wouldn't punch someone for flirting with my girlfriend if there was no reason to believe that we were together. I might swear at them, but I wouldn't attack someone over it.

Now wait, let me get this straight: You carry Pepper spray because you're not confident in your physical ability (I know where you're coming from), and you don't want to get in trouble for defending yourself because if you do, you won't be able to get a gun permit. If you don't want to defend yourself physically, what would be the purpose of getting a gun?

Yeah, they eat dogs, but wouldn't eat someone's pet.

Let's be realistic, people aren't going to seduce your pet, but on the off chance that someone did, I think punching them would be justified. I was just making a list of what I believed, not of every conceivable reason to punch someone.

ive gone to partys in which its like a rented club with 400 teens , seducing and flirting are two diffrient things. Flirting is just sweet talk , its like me commenting on a chicks picture on FaceBook and saying " You have a amazing smile" . Seducing is basically extreme flirting . Its if your talking to a girl and she slowly pulls her tops and saids stuff like "I heard your really big".

with the girl part i know exactly what you mean . I mean its hard for someone to hit on a girl that isnt single . Most girls stay close to their BF. Especially with stuff like Facebook saying who your dating. I mean i dont mind if they go for a hug but **** not doing anything. As for the Dog part i think he means like if someone purposly kills your DOG/Cat . As for seducing your pet WTF LOL....

i think the laws we have now are fine except for two things, if you start getting pounded and you throw just one punch you get fined too. and also there is a certain point to where you need to stop..such as if he is bleeding badly, knocked out, etc.

ive already said this but when your in a fight . Trust me the main thing in fights to make the other person do is suffer .

I live in California and if someone Runs at me with a Crowbar and IF i am a Legal CCW Permit Holder(Carry Concealed Weapon Permit Holder) i have the right to shoot them and NOT get any time in JAIL. It is Self Defense. Now If someone Strikes you and you are a Juvenile(1-17years old) or a Adult(18+years old) You have the right to Defend your Self and fight back as much as you want, AS long as YOU think you will still be in Danger.

Also for the guys who are 18 and not 21 yet and want to defend there self's and not use there fists since they Don't have the confidence that they can win you May carry a Pocket Knife(Max 4inch Blade Legal Limit in California), Pepper Spray, Taser and other weapons. Now Depending on the state you live in you wont be able to carry all of the Weapons I Stated above.

How i Think/Act Personally(I Dont you Recommend you being like me Though!):
- Now Honestly with me guys if there is no cops around and some guy Calls me out(Tells me to fight them) I will.
- Now If i see a guy hit a Girl im not going to stand there and call the cops I will Beat the shit out of him!
- If a Guy hits one of my friends/family members i will go and Beat the shit out of them!
- If someone trys to Rob me i will fight back and if i lose and get robbed i will find the person and rob them back for my personal property and maybe even take some of there belongings since they deserve it.

Advice for Guys who are Scared to Defend there Self's with There Fists by me:
Alright now guys if you are scared to fight someone DONT be! You have to remember when you fight your Brain Releases Adrenalin witch Causes you not to feel the pain when you get Hit and if you do feel it, it feels like a very small punch by a baby. Remember now your Body Heals! Sure lets say you get beat up, you will have a couple Bumps on your head and arms They Will HEAL in a matter of Days! Sure you will feel sore for a day or so but thats all! You will not die or anything so don't get scared!!! Remember guys "What dosent Kill you, Makes you Stronger" and that Quote is %100 true! Every time you Fight you gain more Experience, so Sure the first time you might lose but then next you sure will put up a much better fight and Most Likely win!

thank you for posting shadow , you really dedicated time to organize this post . Theirs three things i don't agree with you . The 1st being that if someone "calls" you out . Unless they are racist or insulting women in your life ( don't be fooled by simple mom jokes , its in good fun) then yes kick their @$$. The next thing is carrying thinks like pepper spray. I do believe in ending the fight as quick as possible . Its not necessarily your scared or you don't want to throw a punch. BTW i am pretty sure carrying knifes is illegal everywhere in the U.S ( Please source this info if you can prove me wrong) . But pepper spray is legal basically everywhere and it can be bought in gas stations. The third thing is if someone robs you , This depends , if its someone as school/ don't punch him , but don't give him Nothing. If its at 1 am in a dark alley then yes just give him what he wants usually muggers have weapons. A Bullet is a bullet , a stab is a stab , no matter what remember that. But other than that you seem to have much knowledge . You also have a permit so you have the experience i am assuming . Also a tip from me avoid crowd fights their a bad idea , if your going to fight someone don't believe in that bull "we need witnesses" . The last thing i am going to say is for everyone . If no adult is listening , and you cant avoid a fight i would recommend going to shadow as he is not some drunken idiot he has legal facts.
