What is YOUR gym work out for the week?
    
Leg Press
Machine Shoulder Press
Leg Extensions
Bicep Curls
Cable Cross Overs
Seated Rows
Running @25 mins

The 7 workouts i do for ALL AROUND body workout. ( Mainly back legs and body)
What about you guys?

League Champion
Week 1 Emphasis: Strength Sets: 5 Reps: 5-6
Week 2 Emphasis: Endurance Sets: 4 Reps: 8-12

Mon: Arms and Shoulders Ex: Dumbbell Curls, Barbell Curls, Tricep Pulldowns, Overhead tricep extensions, Tricep Pushdowns, Dumbbell Military press, Barbell upright rows

Tues: Chest and Back Ex: Barbell Bench press, Dumbbell Bench press, Machine Pec Flies, Dumbbell rows, Lat pulldown, back extension, Machine seated low row

Wed: Legs and Arms Ex: Back squats, leg curls/ extensions, ... same as Monday

Thurs: Chest and Shoulders: same lifts as other days

Fri: Legs and Back: same lifts as other days

Sat: Arms and Shoulders: same lifts as other days

Sun: Chest and Back: same lifts as other days

Every Mon: Cardio Interval running 3-4 miles

Every Wed: Cardio Same

Fri: Plyometrics Box jumps, back squat jumps
Sat: Plyometrics Agility, sprints

And I try to do core, obliques, abs every day after the workout.

Here's my weekend workouts, probably the hardest workouts i do all around.
1. Whack off as soon as i wake up
2. Walk all the way to the bathroom to "take a leak"
3. Open computer
4. Move laptop and myself to ps3
5. Forget i have the wrong game in, get up and put a new game in.
6. have my sister open the door and not close it to piss me off
7. Get up close the door
8. Walk to bed
9. Whack off (hardest workout of my whole day)
10. Fall asleep

My workout:

get up.
Get on ngu.
Move my fat fingers to make fun of people and stupid threads
cut myself when people call me an asshole
run to the bathroom to get paper towels to soak the blood.
pass out from blood loss.
awake and repeat

oh and masturbate goes somewhere in there

The only part of my body that's really jacked is my right arm. I work it out every night around 11:30
