I know glory gunz already made some of you staff, but apply again, and if there is anyone better than you, you may be replaced. Sorry.
I've created a template already for what the design will look like for the most part. But what we need is:
-Writers (about 3, maybe 4)
iTerminate, iamtheman.
-Coding/Programming People (2)
elfmotat
-Editor (1)
-Graphics Team (2)
The reason I've cut most of the teams/groups short of people is because this will require you guys to work together.
First off, since You must login or register to view this content. got this whole thing going, he'll be the go to guy for all of you, if you have a problem, concern, comment, anything...go to him.
Here's how me and You must login or register to view this content. will decide:
Writer - You have over 750 posts, you present proper grammar and well thought out posts without using retarded typing like cobra :p
Programmer - You must have knowledge of html and you MUST have dreamweaver. Flash editors and Photoshop is optional.
Editor - You have over 750, present your posts well with proper grammar.
Graphics Team - You give in your application 5 examples of signatures or any other type of graphical work.

- Must be of age 14 or higher.
- Must post useful information such as new information, new releases, and large thread discussions.
- Must type in good grammar
- Must be on the site for over 2 months.

Those are all simple.
Again, I created this thread for organization, and preparation for further work.
Descriptions of positions:
Writer - Write news on upcoming games, articles, anything gaming important.
Editor - Just make edits to any grammatical and spelling errors
GFX - Make any necessary graphics for it.
Programmer - Just code the stuff.

I shouldn't have to explain why but here it is anyway, I have experience now with dreamweaver, photoshop, flash, etc and the magazine was my idea; I can look over the mag making corrections before the mods look at it and overall run the magazine so the mods do not have too concern themselves to much with it, etc
I will still try to program what I can, but you might be best suited giving it to Oc and I can kind of tag along, same with everyone else
So I approve of Oc as a Programmer, but steigen is pretty much running it know (hes more active anyway) so he has too approve

Wow this sucks. All the mods are getting the positions. We got way over serious with this magazine. I thought for once us normal members could actually do something. Seen as I have nothing to do on NGU, I wanted to help out and so did other members but now Steigen had to come and make it all serious and now we have to have requirements and all the members are staff. Obviously apart from Glory. Steigen has stolen glory's suggestion and now is trying to get the rep for it. That's at least the picture I'm getting.
Please correct me if I'm wrong, but i'm sure many get the same picture as me.

Hurah!
No offense to you guys, but the magazine needs mods to be apart of it. If it ever plans on making more than one issue (which we do) then we need members who have proven themselves to be both active and helpful. Once the magazine gets running im sure we could have some other members help out and be a part of it, keep in mind that just because your not a mod you can still recieve a postion although you more or less need proof of your abilities.

what some of you don't understand is that we have shown dedication and also abilities in grammar, spelling and a way with words. These attributes are not only what make us stand out but what give us the edge on a lot of premium users; who are helpful but not quite mod material. 90% of the premium users are helpful but only 30% or so are good with the English language. Those of you who are know who you are. The normal members are hard to categorize since there are so many.
