I know glory gunz already made some of you staff, but apply again, and if there is anyone better than you, you may be replaced. Sorry.

I've created a template already for what the design will look like for the most part. But what we need is:
-Writers (about 3, maybe 4)
iTerminate, iamtheman.
-Coding/Programming People (2)
elfmotat
-Editor (1)
-Graphics Team (2)

The reason I've cut most of the teams/groups short of people is because this will require you guys to work together.

First off, since You must login or register to view this content. got this whole thing going, he'll be the go to guy for all of you, if you have a problem, concern, comment, anything...go to him.

Here's how me and You must login or register to view this content. will decide:

Writer - You have over 750 posts, you present proper grammar and well thought out posts without using retarded typing like cobra :p

Programmer - You must have knowledge of html and you MUST have dreamweaver. Flash editors and Photoshop is optional.

Editor - You have over 750, present your posts well with proper grammar.

Graphics Team - You give in your application 5 examples of signatures or any other type of graphical work.

Those are all simple.
Again, I created this thread for organization, and preparation for further work.

Descriptions of positions:
Writer - Write news on upcoming games, articles, anything gaming important.
Editor - Just make edits to any grammatical and spelling errors
GFX - Make any necessary graphics for it.
Programmer - Just code the stuff.

It seems that most of the mods actually have skills required to do this. You guys complain 'ohh mods get this and that, they're so biased'
elfmotat has 2 years of programming and web development experience.
drunkenrepublicn can actually type.
iTerminate thinks stuff out well and types with great grammar.

First, you're allowed to do anything you want really. I'm not sure people will want you to post it and have it represent NGU in an unofficial way, but yeah lol if making a magazine makes you happy, go for it.

Second, mods and staff have been chosen because they type like a normal human being and provide helpful useful information to everyone else, essentially what the magazine is doing. Also mods and staff all seem to have a particular area of great knowledge, except Hank . (Well he's good with the midget business) So when you say it's stupid and unfair that mods get the spots, it's that they are the "superior" members and we are looking for the best person for the spot, thus mods will naturally be selected.

Third Rage Matt is organizing the magazine because he is an admin of the site, which is what the magazine is about, so I'd consider him a fit person to do that. It's not too serious if it's official. NGU doesn't want to be represented as a slob site. This is a big project and he and we want it done right. I do disagree personally with the age limit. I think it should be lowered to 13 or 14 because you don't need maturity to write. Yes the quality may not be as great as an older individual but it would create some diversity and change in it.

So far we have a great staff, and Gloryz, yes it was your idea, but that doesn't give you the right to be in every position lol. Pick one and you're basically guaranteed that. Then let it be fair and let others apply. You can still offer help to the assigned staff members, but no offense, you're new to NGU and there are people with better knowledge of the site than you. In time, you'll be a good member (you are now but you're still creating relationships with members (no homo lol) and seeing what we're about) but right know pick one spot. I personally think drunken would be a better pick at editor than yourself due to the posts I've seen from drunken. He's one of NGU's older members in his 20's or 30's I forget and he knows what he's doing with el ingles.

I should have saved all that wonderful writing for my essay I'm writing now. :p

Work on anything you want, send it to me, and I'll tell elfmotat to add it and we can get started.

You do bring up a good point about the age limit, I'm going to decrease it to 14.
