Their already legal in Cali..and all the other medical marijuana states. You NEED a medical license to get one, they aren't just gonna be selling these to anyone. You also need to be +18.

Daaaaaammmmnnn i need these so bad! Best part about it is you could put a couple of these in a big ass water bottle and just get high AT/DURING work everyday....aaahhhhh i wish i could get these....
