Their already legal in Cali..and all the other medical marijuana states. You NEED a medical license to get one, they aren't just gonna be selling these to anyone. You also need to be +18.

So your saying if my state gets medical marijuana passes, and I am eligible for a card due to a disease. But, I am 16, I still can't buy anything unless I am 18? Or how does it work?

It's easy as shit to get a medi license, well, at least in California it is. I got mine for "insomnia" they want the money, it's around $60-120 for an application, so yea. I told them I had problems sleeping, and so on. They ran some simple tests like blood pressure and lung function, and in like 20 mins I had my license. You have to be 18+ to get a license so that means you have to be 18+ to go to collectives.
