I, personally, believe in evolution. There's so much evidence to support it, yet there is a small amount of evidence that could be used to discredit it. But evolution makes so much sense!

Christianity: The belief that a cosmic Jewish Zombie who was his own father can make you live forever if you symbolically eat his flesh and telepathically tell him you accept him as your master, so he can remove an evil force from your soul that is present in humanity because a rib-woman was convinced by a talking snake to eat from a magical tree.

When you put it like that, it all seems to make sense. How could I have ever doubted it? It's so obvious now. God was just making it look like evolution was true because he was bored and wanted to have some fun and try and trick us.

In all seriousness though, Intelligent Design has one major flaw from the outset, the design isn't all that intelligent.

Yeah we don't want to turn this into God vs. Fact though. People don't seem to get that disproving evolution doesn't prove God, and proving evolution doesn't disprove God. It's just that when I see dumb posts I can't help myself. I only respond seriously to posts which meet my very low expectations for the intelligence of a 7th grader. If the post is below that level of intelligence I either don't respond or just troll.

The intelligent design people do try to separate themselves from religion as a way of not looking as though they're just trying to prove a point. Apart from ID and evolution I can't think of any other theories. It would be interesting to see what people come up with.
