superbowl sunday is coming along and i know it might get a bit hectic, and treadmill/bike for an hr might not be enough haha
not looking for something drastic just like 2-5 lbs in a few hours.

i've lost 7 lbs in a few hrs before but it was all water weight that didnt stick doing hiit cardio on a treadmill then one workout then sauna for a few mins and restart, but thats annoying.

Well you cant lose fat quick ''permamently''
My advice is that drink much water after every food & dont eat so much after 6pm.

I didnt techingally lost weight with this but it is good exercise for make your stomach more slim. I did this for 2 weeks everyday and it really did work!:

just get up early and run at least 2-3 miles get home stretch and do some normal exercise you will be tired drink a good Energy drink like Gatorade and eat some Healthy food :y:

My mom put me on a diet when i was 12. What I ate:

  1. For breakfast i had cherioes
  2. For Lunch i had rolled up turkey, celary, applesauce, and a gronilla bar
  3. For dinner i ate normal
  4. For any snacks i had all natural popcorn

I lost 30 lbs in 5 weeks

Coming from a guy who has worked hard for abs, theres no fast way to lose fat. And if you think you can do something like skip meals or anything, think againn. Haha, just saying. Because alot of people do that and think everythings going perfect b/c they're losing weight but in reality, when you skip meals, your losing muscle mass/weight, not fat.

Anyway, the best thing to burn calories fast is through H.I.I.T.

"High-intensity interval training (HIIT) or sprint interval training is an exercise strategy that is intended to improve performance with short training sessions. HIIT is a form of cardiovascular exercise which is beneficial to burning fat in a short and intense workout. Usual HIIT sessions may vary from 9–20 minutes. The original protocol set a 2:1 ratio for work to recovery periods. For example, a runner would alternate 15-20 seconds of hard sprinting with 10 seconds of jogging or walking."

That was from wikipedia.

As far as im concerned, this is yourr best bet.

i do hiit, and i change it up with intense uphill treadmill sessions. ive never skiped meals, what i do though is eat 4-5 times a day 100-150 cal meals and i burn double what i eat.

Then my only tippp is to put on some muscle mass =D
More muscle mass= Higher metabolism= higher caloric expenditure= More fat loss
