superbowl sunday is coming along and i know it might get a bit hectic, and treadmill/bike for an hr might not be enough haha
not looking for something drastic just like 2-5 lbs in a few hours.
i've lost 7 lbs in a few hrs before but it was all water weight that didnt stick doing hiit cardio on a treadmill then one workout then sauna for a few mins and restart, but thats annoying.
Coming from a guy who has worked hard for abs, theres no fast way to lose fat. And if you think you can do something like skip meals or anything, think againn. Haha, just saying. Because alot of people do that and think everythings going perfect b/c they're losing weight but in reality, when you skip meals, your losing muscle mass/weight, not fat.
Anyway, the best thing to burn calories fast is through H.I.I.T.
