How: Trying to show my ass at school, did a frontflip off of a rail and landed wrong, bending my foot in half over it self
What did they do to you: What I did, home remedies, soaked foot, ace bandage. Didn't go to the doctors so I had to hop around on my foot for a week then a really really slow limp. And no, during the time I hopped I stayed at home, not school :p

Pain/discomfort: well it wasn't at the same time so it was a 2 maybe
How: well i was skateboarding and went to do a 360 flip off of a big ass truck loading dock and one foot land on pavement and just cracked i didn't fall i actually stayed standing but sat down then i limped home.. and then the second ankle broke similar but i was trying a impossible this time and my foot landed on the sige of the board and twisted then i steped down really hard and it bent!

How: was playing football and hit a kid so hard he did a backflip and my hand went straight to the ground and it was completly straight and he landed on my sholder and it torn the legiments in my arm.

njury: Pinky Finger this one is kinda stupid

How: i was playing basketball with a fully aired up ball and i shot it and went to catch ball and it smashed my pinky down and it broke so yea!
What did they do to you: just a casts and a exsorceating pain when he put pencil between pinky and other finger and pushed pinky inward!

How: in football, caught the ball, got flipped onto my head, nothing to protect myself.
What did they do to you: Blacked out, had to take ambulance to hospital, and was throwing up for a bit with real bad migraines.

Injury: Split Eyebrow

Pain/Discomfort: Bad. Very Bad.
How: Was drinking with some buddies and a guy we didn't know. I was belligerent drunk and couldn't barely walk, blacked out and was reading a magazine while sitting on the ground and accidentally ripped a page out. Apparently this guy we didn't know really liked this magazine and got pissed at this, so he kicked me square in the head. With a steel toe boot.
What did "they" (?) do to you: I was way too drunk to even understand what happened. It wasn't until the next day that I saw I had a huge gash in my eyebrow. I didn't go to the doctor out of embarrassment. To this day that guy still thinks he's tough for kicking a defenseless blacked out drunk kid in the head. Pussy imo.

Injury: broken arm, nose, 2 ribs, fractured skull, 2 teeth, severe bruise to hip and knee.
When: screwing around I ran off an overpass, fell down a flight of concrete steps and fell 20 feet onto the sidewalk.
Age: 17
Pain: ? Knocked senseless but not as bad as a kidney stone last year.
Result: 6 days in hospital, left side of my face skinned off, looked like Quasimoto for a while, but time heals all.
