(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Suppose you won $1,000,000, or €732,761, for you Europeans. :p What would you do with it? Would you blow it all in a week? Buy a new place for your family? Invest it; save it?

-Personally, I would clear off the mortgage on my house, pay off all of my car payments, upgrade many things in my house, give the Mrs. a new credit card, start a college fund for a future child, and then put the rest into savings.

It says "One hundred trillion dollars"... Those are pretty big numbers ehhhh?

If I had a million dollars, I'd invest a portion of the money in mutual funds and a diversified financial portfolio including options and derivatives. I would also save a large sum of the money for college tuition. Realistically it's very hard to retire off one million, but through conservative investments that money over time will keep doubling. The key to this, is to start at an early age and the key is: Time is money.

The following 2 users say thank you to the stuff for this useful post:

Stick it in the bank and watch it grow for a few years then treat myself.
