I'd pay off every debt whatever my parents are in, then with whatever we have left. Maybe, $600,000-$700,000 are still there. Put 100,000 in each bank accounts we have, as our own money. Then buy another house for my parents to rest in, and buy my father his desired car. Whatever that may be.

I'd pocket 100k of it, and then invest the remaining 900k in various stocks.
