I do exactly 210 sit ups a day, and I'm not getting any results... Any specific routines I should try?

If your wondering on a easy way to do 210 sit ups, you do it like this:
Do 20, then 19, then 18 ect till you reach 1, when you get too 1 all the numbers add up too 210.

Do leg exercises, like leg lifts. That really works the lower abdominals. If nothing seems to work, and you desire to get the results you want, purchase a trainer, like an Ab-Ball or an Ab-Lounge. Cardio trims up the abdomen, so taking some runs could be beneficial.

Crunchs are more effective than sit ups as they fully use the abdominal muscules ONLY. Unlike sit ups that use momentum and other muscles. Excercises (other than dynamic) are best when momentum has been removed, ie. Dumbells work best when done slowly.

If I was you I wouldn't do 210 at once.

I would do 20 then rest, then another 20 then rest, and so on....

Leg Lifting is great too.

There could be a layer of fat which no matter how toned your abs are you will never get a 6 pack until that layer is gone, so try jogging maybe if this is the case?

Yea, I'm skinny, but my coach told me the same thing.

He told me to join X-Country or some running sport.

3. Find the nest looking beers
4. Pick them in a pack of six
5. Pay at till
6. Drink until all are gone
7. Look at stunning results.
