I do exactly 210 sit ups a day, and I'm not getting any results... Any specific routines I should try?
If your wondering on a easy way to do 210 sit ups, you do it like this:
Do 20, then 19, then 18 ect till you reach 1, when you get too 1 all the numbers add up too 210.
