(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); The rules clearly state that one should not beg for rep or trade for rep ( rep4rep, sell rep for Vbux ,or gifts and ribbons ). The rules listed below would imply that adding "Rep me if I helped" in your signature is a violation of the rules.

-Negative rep
Overusing the negative reputation button or not giving a valid reason for removing someone's rep can give you a warning for misusing the privilege.
-Rep for ___
Asking for rep in exchange for anything is against the rules whether it be vbux, gifts, ribbons or trades.
-Begging
Do not beg for Rep, Thanks, Vbux, Gifts or Ribbons. This includes doing rep4rep with other members.

Very few OG's have any referrence to Rep or thanks in the signatures, but recently you see it in many new member signatures or posts.
A request for rep is a violation of the rules listed above. Either enforce the rules or change them to clearly state that it is permitted to ask for rep in your signature line. ( Isn't asking the same as Begging if it appears in every post you do? )

Maybe the only site mangement enforcement method is to allow general membership to ignore the message?
Maybe nobody gives a crap that it appears many times in every thread line?
Maybe it is time that the rules are changed to clearly allow it and everyone can get more creative in their signatures requests?
Maybe we can have a Signature of the week contest on who can most blatently ask for it without getting in infracted?
Probably we will just ignore the issue and let it continue to slide.
Maybe it is not an issue for anyone else on here?

Does anyone else have an issue with it???

I've got proof of rep4repping people and mods, will they get banned if I release it??

That type information should be forwarded to an admin.
They can fairly determine whether it is rep4rep.
I recently did a thread on Mods repping each other and there is no truth to it.
The average rep between mods is less than 4 thanks each over the last 2 months.
That does not consitute rep4rep.
Freinds say thanks to each other for recognition in many ways here and it does not mean it is rep boosting.
And looking at someones rep profile is not a fair evaluation of what is really happening.
There is a fair amount of members that always thank and rep each other, but that is not really boosting either, it is just having freinds.

My concern is about the people who are asking to be repped all over their signatures and posts.

Just post what you want and wait for it. If it comes from the same group of people all of the time , then so be it.

Just STOP asking for it in your signature....

Rep in sigs usually isn't allower (again up to the mods discression), the mods won't sere every single sig asking for rep, so they wont be able to punish/take the rep begging out of those sigs. So the best thing for you to do, if you really have a problem with it, is to REPORT IT!

There was an issue with this before and one of the mods/admins said report the sigs via screenshot/pm and they will take care of it.

If I tried to report every rep request in the signatures that I see, I would get infracted for spamming the Admins...

There is just too much to much out there now.

If they say to do that somewhere in this thread than that is what I will do from now on, Frankly I hope that is exactly what they say to do. :p

I dont remember when/wre it was, or who it was but i think it was with one of the more well known members. He had gotten infracted for asking for rep or somthing like that in his sig. He then made a thread complaining about all the other sigs asking for rep. A mod/admin then said they can't catch everyone that does that and they asked people to report them if they see that.
