Definition
Dubstep is a type (genre) of dance music that originated in South East London in the early 2000's. Its main sound is a wobble bass with other things like drum kicks, synths and occasional vocals

There are a few radio stations on the Iphone store. I think they are really good.
Also, if you are using an internet radio station that doesnt show the song name, use the Ipod app "MusicID" to find out what it's called. It doesnt always work.

Google
Google is the easiest way to find dubstep. Try searching with terms like "Filthy dubstep" or things like that, it'll get you a fair few good results. Also, use advanced search to narrow it down so you get rid of unneccesary search results.

You will need to pick which software you will need. I would suggest using FL Studio if you're a begginer, then move on to some advanced software. Also, alot of people use the NI Massive plugin.
NI Massive is a very useful preset, but I like to call it “The Easy Way Out” As it’s easy to make dubstep with it. Also, if you want the full program for free, contact me before installing it and I will provide you with a patch and some information on how to install it.
Here is a basic dubstep tutorial using 3xOsc. 3xOsc comes with FL Studio when you get it.

Great thread mate, as much as i hate facebook, its actually a great place to hear new and different stuff. Also, check out dubstepforum.com and then goto the "Dubz" section, there you can listen to tunes what people have made themselves, you'd be suprised actually how many good producers are on there.
And hopefully this should stop all the "What are some good dubstep tunes?" threads lol :y:

It lets you skip, repeat and pause songs. This is where i found alot of my dubstep and i still use this method.

Myspace has loads of music on there so by no suprise, there should be some dubstep on there. I have not searched on there yet but that is where i used to listen to Hardstyle.

Another way is look on ebay and amazon and look for some albums .Then try and find the torrent download for the album your looking for :beer:
