Post: HP Is A Bitch. Please Help.

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Okay, so i was on youtube when all of a sudden my computer shuts off and then when i turn it back on, It says hard disk not found. And i cant start it now or do anything.

I spoke to Hp with live chat, and like an idiot, told them i dropped it and this happened. They said this would be covered if i had "Accidental damage insurance". I only have regular insurance. Do you think i could call again and tell them this happened out of the blue when i was on the internet? Or do you think this conversation was stored? It was through livechat online. Because then i'll be covered and wont have to spen 398 dollars
:(

Please help! Im willing to donate 20k VBUX for a quality answer.

Okay thank you. What i'll do is call hp, see what they can do (tell them it happened randomly). and then buy a recovery disk as a last resort.
Sound good? :/

Nope, that's why Macs never get viruses(well they can), but people really only make viruses for Windows, since like 10x more people use windows, they have more Victims, and that's why you never hear reports of viruses on Apple software=D

i think last time i checked it was 95% used windows..
not sure if that is a reliable statistic though..

Just restore computer to factory setings on acer aspire is alt+f10 just google what it is for HP and once it restores it should be fine.
If not just open up your computer and check if the hard drive disconnected if it actually "fell" , If it was a virus just restore like i said.
