(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey guys I will start my weightloss journey on Monday. You can compare my results to Maddenking's on Monday. I ensure you that ill lose over 5 pounds a week. Here is some info on myself

Weight, Height, Age

179

5'7

Fat.

I will also post a pic of me without a shirt on, so you guys can see how heavy I am. My goal is 125 Which will take till June or less. My exercise is not to much, except personal fitness at school and some outdoor activity at home. My diet is how I will lose so much weight.

This is what I will eat everyday,

Breakfast:
2 Egg whites
1 piece of ham
6 grapes or a banana

Lunch:
Grilled Buffalo Chicken (Lean Breast Meat not fried)
Some vegatables.
Orange

Dinner:
3oz of any meat
1oz of brocoli with a ftiny ammount of cheese

My diet will start Monday. I will love your guys motivation, and not hate. I will post my Weight Every 2 days, With pictures of xDmo next to my scale with my weight. I will not let you guys down.

Good luck. I use to be on the heavier side. I guess I kind of grew out of it. But now im really skinny. To skinny to tell you the truth. But its easy. I can lose 3 pounds a day. And eat good to, the key is. SPORTS. Im in high school, and I wrestling and play football. Both sports help you lose alot of weight. Like wrestling especially. You most watch your weight in the sport for one. And for two you exercise alot!

Wow, your 16 and 5'7"? dayum. I wish i weighed 179. Im 15, 6' 230. Its all muscle :carling:

Stick with your plan.
I hope this doesn't cause the need for a weight loss journey section on NGU but if its needed it wouldn't be that bad an idea!!
Peer pressure and commitment can go a long way along with member support...

I wish i was your height and weight. If i was you i would give weights try since fat turns to muscle.

im 6'4.5 and 240 pounds after taking out all my liquid and waste(poooop Winky Winky) im not really fat but i got a gut :P but GL with the weight loss at least u have something to keep u motivated

Eating Cheese /facepalm anyone with a brain and knows how to diet would know thats the worst thing ever!

Stop putting MaddenKing down aswell all the time he's doing his thing so just let him be. :n00b:
