I will also post a pic of me without a shirt on, so you guys can see how heavy I am. My goal is 125 Which will take till June or less. My exercise is not to much, except personal fitness at school and some outdoor activity at home. My diet is how I will lose so much weight.
This is what I will eat everyday,
Breakfast:
2 Egg whites
1 piece of ham
6 grapes or a banana
Lunch:
Grilled Buffalo Chicken (Lean Breast Meat not fried)
Some vegatables.
Orange
Dinner:
3oz of any meat
1oz of brocoli with a ftiny ammount of cheese
My diet will start Monday. I will love your guys motivation, and not hate. I will post my Weight Every 2 days, With pictures of xDmo next to my scale with my weight. I will not let you guys down.
