Reason: Really, Do I need to say one? This guy really is one of the most talented Gfx artists on the Site and on top of that he's non-premium while having a Rep Star, now with this in mind. whats the point of these anymore, i think they should just decide it for themselves instead of making heaps of threads :/

Well some people dont have money, so we let NGU community decide who should get premium, you cant just make somebody premium that comes one once a month and when new hack comes etc, you should just ignore threads like this if you dont like them.
