What would you guys see the best FREE website builder out there.

I am looking for the one with the most abilities, and i need:

• a fully customizable banner
  
• able to make a blank page to create a Roster on
  
• Forums
  
• at least 4 forum privelege spots (Admin - Moderator - Member, etc.)
  

Ive tried Enjin, Freewebs, and Forummotion, and wix.

Enjin - I dont THINK i can make a blank page
Webs - only has 2 forum priv spots
Forumotion - I dont THINK i can make a blank page
wix - cant get Forums

I just did the dumbest thing ever. I went to quote you but I sent in as a report. /facepalm I hate being sick. But anyways I would use zetaboards if you are looking to use a website builder. I can PM you the link to my old zetaboards site to show what can be done with it. Zetaboards has a webpage maker on there that would work perfect to make up a roster.

All the free webbuilders are horrible, tbh. If you want it to look good, your gonna have to spend money.

Build it out of HTML and CSS, it will look better. Get Zetaboards if you want an online builder, it has good foums, reputation can be added with a code and you can create post count titles. I'm pretty sure you can add other blank web pages in as well, also you get a shoutbox and it's all free! Try zetaboards

Try 000webhost, they are good for stuff like that.

Dont use website buliders.
