Rape, felony or not, you're 14. You're not going to jail.
If you're in the United States, you're not going to be charged as an adult unless you are 18 for rape. The only way you would be is if you ended up killing the girl and brutally dismembering her body, and that's still an iffy on if they want to charge you as an adult.
We'll still see you on here once in a while, Juvenile Detention Centers tend to have computer access and tend to allow students to continue going to school throughout a teen's sentence. Furthermore, you'll probably only do like, what? three months - a year? You're 14, they'll take it into consideration.
I'm not going to pity you either way. Babysitting and then getting drunk and high and raping her? That's wicked. I wouldn't blame it on any of that. You deserved what was coming to you. Other kids have it worse off and still don't go that low. If you can't get any action, go for a pillow. That worked for me when I was 8.
Also, I should know. I was charged with a felony degree of possession of marijuana at the age of 15, but might I add, on top of that, I had assault on an officer, two counts of drug paraphernalia, and obstruction of justice. At the age of 17, I was charged with a misdemeanor DUI which would've put me in jail, if I had not been 17. There's tons of stuff that I have been involved with, and I know the law in and out. Feed your garbage elsewhere.
You'd better tell everyone in jail that you're in for possession or grand theft because if they find out you're in there for rape, you're done dude. I'm talkin' gettin' jumped and you're head stomped on until it crushes.
