What is the radiation seeping from the small holes in some nuclear power plants due to the explosions that happened there radiates up into the jetstream then gets pulled right over to the US. There could be acid rain or many worse things. Any ideas on the topic?

Well, we can make these giants walls and install fans into them. So we can blow the radiation down south to Mexico. The importance here is to save American lives.
