It depends really, like if you sometimes only get 5 hours sleep and sometimes like 8 it can **** you up, but if you take less and less sleep everyday it can actually be good for you, your body learns to REM sleep I think it's called, the body gets used to the amount of sleep and re-energises and stuff like that at a different rate.
