I am wondering if it is bad to get just 5/6 hours sleep tonight as i need to go to the asda and buy some stuff...
Yeah i got S***** school tomorow and P.E!
Please comment here if it is bad to get only that amount for one night...
It's very healthy to sleep five hours a night, make sure you change your schedule to do this every night. Also, drink lots of energy drinks (they speed up your heart rate so you get cardiovascular exercise without even moving).
Yea, if it turns into a regular sleep patter. You need atleast 8 hours. I use to get rarely any sleep, and I suffered from sleep paralysis. It's not so fun.
i avg 5 hrs sleep 5-6 days out of the week and make it up on my off day...ill sleep in late...and then prolly take a nap along the day....imo the day needs more hours
