There is a lot that goes on behind the scenes. Most of our cash flows around between big business CEOs and foreign markets, but rarely to the lower class of people. That is just how capitalism works in our country, unfortunately.

For college to become "free", tax payers would have to pay. And tax payers hate to pay taxes.

Factories are out of the country because labor is insanely cheaper, so America is saving money by having international labor.
