Portland, OR - The city and state I live in. Not famous for much although the creator of The Simpsons was born and raised here, that's about it.

Yea, everyones ghetto, there's a gang that pretty much runs the city, there's a ton of homeless people. And if you walk out at night, there's a 50/50 chance of getting hurt/killed.
