In Flames Much?
Only thing we missing is the pay gap which still happens.
Well in my mind Smile

EU moving quite fast towards it , with both genders getting the same time off after having a baby.

Think we almost at it within reason.

See that's what I'm talking about with equality, we shouldn't be treating men and women the exact same as they have different needs. Like the pay gap is dumb, I agree, if a woman is doing the same job as me she should get paid the same.

But if a woman has a baby, she should get more time off work because of the physical stress she had to go through, while I understand that men get some maternity leave to help take care of their wives/new baby, it's ridiculous to say men need just as much maternity leave, as they put in much less work towards childbirth. But hey, I'm not complaining. If the government wants to make my company pay me for ****ing my wife, that's fine with me Smile

And another thing is like sports, a bunch of those feminists think that women should be integrated into sports with men, my response is NO. Men are naturally stronger because of their hormones and genetic makeup, it's just how it is. To put a woman in a physical competition with a man is basically making her put in a lot more effort than the man to achieve lesser or equal results, and that is dumb.

Possible? Yes.

Probable? No.

The reason? People aren't perfect.

There's always going to be some sort of quarrel between a group of people, no matter how trivial.

You have to understand that the gap is there though because obviously women take time off work when they have babies, the men don't.

A business would still have to pay the woman while on maternity leave but she is not working, shes at home, and also at the same time pay another employee more to do the woman's job or hirer someone else during the mean time. This gap where the woman is paid less adds up then so the business is on the same level as hiring a man or woman.

I believe it's impossible. Two different social statuses, one's freedoms may conflict with the equality of another group... Another question is: where do we draw the line or enforce these laws? Do transvestites count as another gender?

Gender equality is progressing, albeit at a very slow pace..
Take away religion, politics, sexism and finally hatred then gender equality will surface.
