sign it even if you dont like the idea of marijuana. legalizing it would relieve the prison population. it would shut down big drug cartels and it would create less violence. theres tons of reasons to legalize marijuana. every signature counts

Marijuana is bad! lol I don't see how it would lower violence though.

You know what else is bad?
Video Games. They help introduce violence to youngin's like yourself who are so easily told the truth and are too dumb to realize that the truth isn't as easy as words.

Also, religion. Religion is bad because it has actually been the cause of more deaths over the years than any other man-made entity. It has caused wars and caused epidemics to reach their maximum. It also continues to make the world a worse place. You don't see us abolishing religion, now do you? We're not Communist Russia anymore :[

I don't smoke anymore, I did for about 4 years but I stopped 2 years ago because I have found better things to enjoy like starting a life with my girl.

But....I have not one thing against marijuana and i've thought for the longest time it should be legalized, it's all natural, nobody has ever overdosed off of it, I'm pretty sure at least.

Face the facts, alcohol and cigarettes kill so many people every year, but yet when you reach a certain age it is legal for you to get your hands on, which is bias and not fair to pot smokers. Then again nothing in life is really fair, I don't think this will ever happen, but it wouldn't be a bad thing if it did.

Oh, and for all you people who are like "there would be so many deaths from driving under the influence of marijuana and blah blah blah", have you ever smoked weed then drove????

You drive so slow and careful and try to concentrate so much cause you don't want to do anything stupid like get caught.

The only reason Weed is illegal was because when i was first found out. They had tests on it, and the person that tested it acted up a bit. So they decided to make it illegal. I really think Drinking beer is so much worse then smoking weed. Beer actually makes you have no common sense, and all weed does is makes your body fell 10x better.

it was made illegal because paper companies ran a smear campaign to make it look like a horrible drug.

If marijuana is unbanned, there will be a whole mess of potheads running around the street for a few weeks or so BUT after that, it will stop. No one will want it anymore.

Take a look at the history of the US.

1920's, the ban of alcohol, aka the prohibition, caused many people to want more and more ILLEGAL drinks. People liked the fact that they were doing something illegal. When the prohibition was lifted, many people stopped drinking as much as they did during the prohibition.

Las Vegas, Nevada, prostitution used to be illegal there. There used to be hookers walking around the place and 40-year-old virgins looking around for them so they can get laid. The city legalized prostitution and, OMB!!!(oh my Buddha), prostitution there stopped. Why? People like doing illegal things? People like the fact that prostitution is illegal so they do it but now that it's not banned it just doesn't feel right because it's legal now and they won't get a thrill out of it???? Yeah, that's right.

But even know that Weed is illegal alot of people still smoke weed. Right now arresting some kids will not stop all the people

Lol you notice all them anti drug commercials and they never target cocaine, crack, meth, or prescription drugs or anything of that nature...

It's always weed they make it out like you take a toke and you turn into a vegetable, it's ****ing ridiculous.

My stoner cousin told me "You can't OD on weed" So i think it's impossible to do that. Idk for sure though.
