I went yestarday, Me, My dad, brother and my uncle.

It was all going good, untill we got there, i was really dreading it, i couldnt be ****ed going, and nor could anyone else. We just couldnt tell each other.

So we got there, took us 1 hour to get a spot, had to wait for dicks to leave:FU: They really were dicks, they said:
" Aye mate im leaving but your no going here..."

So we just left it, didnt want to start an arugment with 19 year old wankers...

Went down the loch a bit and got a good spot, setup the tent and went inside, cause it was pissing down of rain.

About 4pm it cleared up, and we started a fire, and made some dinner

About 6pm my dad and my uncle had a few beers, and they really shouldnt have, You will find out later.

So we just sat up all night talking and eating, Oh we went fishing aswell, caught nothing, so we went over to some guys camp and stole his fish :bat:

So it was about 11pm and it was getting dark, Really dark i couldnt even see the highlands, it was that dark, But the stars were amazing, it was such a view, i could see the seven sisters, and the boot, and several other *What ever the word is*

I went to bed at 12pm, and it was ****ING FREEZING.

Checked the temperature and it was -3 degrees.

Now, we didnt come prepared for THAT TEMPERATURE.

I had on a trackie, and some crappy trousers, and a pure light top, Nothing else.

My dad had a heavy jacket.

Now my uncle, had ...

A workie jacket, A pair of army trousers over his other trousers, bit boots, and a mask used to rob people xD

He was still cold,

Now imagine us....

Yeah it was cold, So my dad set a fire inside the tent, Sounds stupid but it worked for a while ... he turned it off went to bed, and we did that every hour.

Now since he was drinking he had to get a good sleep so he went, **** it got out the other sleeping bag and we all went in the one sleeping bag, Sounds gay right? 4 people in the one bag xD

We heated up a bit, packed everything up the next morning, Threw a firework and a gas bottle in the fire and drove away xD

We heard it at the other end of the loch xD

All in all, Dont go camping in scotland, its shit and you get cold....

Plus there was no fish

I've done camping in my garden, (Was unintened, it was dark and there was alot of noises so me and mate was bricking it so we stayed there till sun rise) I've only ever heard boring stuff about non-reserved camping :S

Camping with friends > family. Too many restrictions when you're with the fam. Been camping with both groups, and had more fun with the homies by far. Get drunk, pack a couple bowls and chill in the woods with the homies. It was some fun times, haven't been in a while though :\ Either way, camping is a unique experience man, it does not suck.

I recommend that you shoulda went In Summer xD
