So let me ask you guys then... What makes a fanboy? I mean both consoles are pretty close in relationship to hardware specs and games available. Obviously some exclusives out there, but they're about even. It comes down to preference I guess.
So what makes one a fanboy?
I think a fanboy is someone who hates on the other system without proper justification. i.e. "The PS3 is gay" or "People who play 360 are retarded." A LOT of the people at my school are 360 fanboys. There are 2 advocates for the PS3, one of which is me.
As for which is better, it really comes down to personal preference. I feel like the PS3's first party games are of a better quality than 360 first party games. But, since the PS3 is difficult to code for, it tends to get screwed over on 3rd party games. The 360 has better online, but it's a paid service. For media, I'd say the PS3 wins hands down. For DLC, 360 wins. Overall, the 360 has a better online experience, but the PS3 has the better offline experience. Personally though, I think computer gaming via Steam is the best

.
Steam requires no disks, everything is done virtually. You can access your games from anywhere with internet access, you can set up macros, shortcuts, customize your control settings to whatever you want, you can even choose between a keyboard, 360 controller, PS3 controller, or any of the massive amounts of PC controllers available. You can do so much on a computer. Actually, I use my computer for everything - Gaming, TV, movies, shopping, working, researching, etc. It's very convenient to have everything wrapped up in one device. The only downfalls I can find are that the multiplayer for some games gets worse on the computer and there are too many console-exclusive titles.
